Dessert Factory May 2012
The cakes at Dessert Factory in Ayala Center's The Terraces are pretty affordable. And yet, they are very delicious.
Yesterday, my friends and I hooked up for some Labor day celebration of our own. Just chilling. They have some good menu there but there was one that I found odd, their so called Ginumis. It was nothing special. It looks more like a halo-halo of sort and I did not enjoy this order.
However, the others were terrific. These were what we ordered:
Oreos & Cream Ice Cream Cake - an Oreo crust covered with Oreos & Cream ice cream filled with fudge sauce and topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Priced @ 60.00
Oreos Eclipse Belgian chocolate cake - whipped Belgian chocolate ganache, real whipped buttercream and 30 chocolate dipped Oreos in every cake. Priced @ 75.00
Macaroni Bites - baked macaroni with meaty tomato sauce cut into bite sized morsels then breaded and deep fried, served with a cheese dip. Priced @ 150.00
French fries - self explanatory ;).
Ginumis - a Tagalog coconut shake with caramel sago, pandan gulaman and toasted pinipig. Priced @ 65.00
