Sungei Wang Plaza

Sungei Wang Plaza is one of the oldest establishments in the Bukit Bintang area in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Still attracting throngs of visitors even after all these years despite being surrounded with more glamorous competition, Sungei Wang Plaza houses lots of retail outlets selling everything from food to clothes, with the topmost floor dedicated to fashion for youth from a variety of home grown labels.

Known as the best place in the city for bargain goods and services, the variety of goods available here can be quite overwhelming, and with its maze-like layout where there are many nooks and corners, those who are not familiar with this place can easily get lost in here. The place is not really that spacious because the stalls and boutiques occupy as much space in the area as possible. Makes you think that the owners (or management) of Sungei Wang really maximized the space that they have inside.

This is a pretty hot spot for tourists alike because of the hundreds of cheap goods that you can find here. I took the photo of Sungei Wang in this post from some site.
